Vanessa’s career in the escrow industry spans over 21 years, handling Sale, Refinance, Reverse Mortgage, and Business Opportunity escrow transactions. Along with her work experience, Vanessa takes time to participate and serve in the industry’s professional groups. In 2016 and 2019, she served as President of the regional escrow association, the Escrow Associates of San Gabriel Valley (EASGV), and continues to serve as a director and the Education Chair. She also represented EASGV as a director of the statewide association, the California Escrow Association (CEA) for several years.
She is also involved in real estate affiliated organizations and community outreach. In 2012 she was recognized as the Affiliate of the Year by the West San Gabriel Valley Association of REALTORS® and in 2015 & 2019 served as their Affiliate Chair. Currently, she is active in the Arcadia Association of REALTORS® Community Outreach Opportunity (COHO) and Events 4 Charity (E4C) committees. Vanessa enthusiastically and actively looks for ways to promote a closer relationship between the escrow and the real estate industries.
As a client, when you sit across from her, you will notice not only her cheerfulness but also her dedication to answering all your questions. Vanessa feels that communication throughout the transaction is vital to a smooth process and she makes every effort to meet with her clients, particularly for the loan signing, when the most important questions come up.

Last month, I received a call for a listing appointment, the sellers were given my name as reference by two clients, one current buyer, one past seller. They identified a property they wanted to buy, but it was contingent on selling their home. Multiple offers over asking, in the first week. Fast forward 26 days, we closed escrow on selling their home today at 12N, then funded on the home they are buying AND RECORDED ON THEIR NEW HOME TODAY AT 2:30!!
